OK. *Let's see who uses what editors. *I am still playing around with a few in my quest to try as many as possible.

So, what's your favorite editor, what do you use it for, and why do you like best of all?

Vim, for now, but I've gotten a taste of what Emacs can do, and now I'm envious of them. I want that power for myself.
