Are there any programs that do greeting cards and posters for Linux? If I could find something to replace my parents American Greeting Card software I think I could get them to convert.

I use that american greeting card software and it is awesome, i doubt anything made for linux will be as good as that.

Why not pay for the latest wordperfect for linux (support linux as a viable market - not everything has to be Free), and really learn how to use that? The DP staff at work do a really nice job with some basic desktop publishing with WP... all you need is a collection of clip art.
