    m$ windoze ie5 internet content blocking

    unfortunately, i must use ie5,
    when im at work. now that the old sysadmin is gone,
    how do i change the content blocking he setup which
    blocks us from getting online ??? ???

    its something in the registry

    search for content browsing registry keys on google... that might lead to something

    This might help you out HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Ratings * in the right hand pane delete the line below DEFAULT (make sure to leave Default) close regedit. Find the file "Ratings Pol" and delete it (you need to have Show All Files checked in View Files. *This is a fix for a forgotten password in Content Advisor *

    This is a fix for a forgotten password in Content Advisor
    Is it really? Or is it a bug? ;D

    be it a bug or fix, I know it comes in handy when my son went through internet options, and slapped a password in there then forgot it. I definetly have this fix written down, for future use
