They are doing a plugin check with javascript to see if you have the plugin. Not sure how to get it to show in Mozilla, but in Netscape, try typing aboutlugins in the address bar - it should show you all plugins it knows about.
I have Real Player installed and symlinked the rpnp.so and raclass.zip files to the Mozilla plugins directory, but it's still not being detected by JavaScript. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Some of the sites won't let you view their movies unless JavaScript detects Real Player (like iFilm.com.)

Netscape is Mozilla. You can do the same thing for Mozilla. They are doing a plugin check with javascript to see if you have the plugin. *Not sure how to get it to show in Mozilla, but in Netscape, try typing aboutlugins in the address bar - it should show you all plugins it knows about.
The problem is that rpnp.so identifies itself as rpnp.so, not "Real Player" as various JavaScript scripts expect.
