How do I get rid of Mandrake bootup screen?

I'm a Linux noob, so please make your explanations as clear as possible....I have 2 HD's. One has a dual-boot win98/2k. I installed Mandrake last week on my 2nd hd. I had errors on installation that caused problems, so I decided to reformat my 2nd hd. Well, when I boot-up, that blue screen with (linux, win, win32) still shows up. How do I get rid of it? Im assuming I modyfied my mbr by accident. Will reinstalling win2k on my primary HD fix it? Thanks....

Installing Win2k will probably clean your mbr. If not, get a win98 startup disk, boot your box and try running fdisk /mbr. That should wipe it clean.
