Hey guys! It has been a long, long time since I've posted, so please forgive me.
Anyone here have experience with Oracle Linux as a desktop OS? I realize it is just a re-branded RHEL, but the unbreakable kernel is interesting to me. Plus, I was thinking about getting Linux+ and RHCSA certified and think that it might be a good fit for both.
The one serious conviction that a man should have is that nothing is to be taken too seriously.
Where facts are few, experts are many.
I am currently running it on my two VM servers with F20 guests for all my hosted services. Works great there. It is nearly identical to RHEL, so if you are a fan of RHEL, you will feel at home. For desktops, its like RHEL. If you go paid ($129/yr or whatever) you get access to ksplice as well as support.
