I have an issue in sendmail.

Hi all,

Am new to linux, I have look into so many forums all says that need to look into the /etc/mail/sendmail.mc but i cannot see the mail folder inside the /etc/.
Please give me suggestion to get working of my mail.
Is that i need to configure mail server in my linux server?

Please guide me in this.

Hello,

If I have understood you question right, you can find the mails of a user under the directory /var/spool/mail/ . You can use sendmail to send the mails, For pop you can use fetchmail, If I am right with yout expectation.
