Are you seriously asking why your web server serves a 404 NOT FOUND error when requesting a specific filename we have no knowledge of should be located on yoru server in teh first place, and to prove it displays a correct 200 OK return when requesting the index page ?

    All:
I was asking for all possible reasons for this 404 ERROR.
After digging into the problem, I was able to figure it out myself.
    Thanks
