    my dear brother,akosijuan (guessin u ar a guy), gibberish to me i meant since i am new to the thing. How their me call my linux grand masters gibberish? And as 4 the tutorial, as at wen i posted this, i had just joined and didnt know abt it but saw it far later and have started usin it. since everytin here is fedora or debian does this mean me+SUSe=0?

    The theory in the tutorials will be usefull no matter what distribution, there might be some quirks around the initrc between different versions and placement of configuration files, but apart from that it should all work the same way.
