Sounds to me like you just want someone to create the report your superior is asking about.

In short, install yum, you pretty much listed every package needed for the various servers.
# yum install <servername>
and every subsequent needed package will be installed.
For configuration the TLDP project i linked to earlier will provide that.

Bibliography and references, sounds like you either need to read alot of documentation or again, you're tryign to get somone else to provide the big pull on this assignment ?
