I am planning to design a video streaming site. Can you list me some free video streamer's. Is there is any free video streaming softwares like coolbucket.. e.t.c.

If you want to stream on a web page you created yourself, you may try xmoovStream. Another option is to use Gallery, and host the videos on there for streaming. You can alter it enough, that updates will not mess with your current setup/template.
