Squid 2.5 Quota Management

Hi,

I need some help with Squid Server 2.5. I'm busy setting up a proxy server at a school. They have a cap on their bandwith, so we need to impliment a quota system. I've setup NCSA authentication but a also need to limit each user to let say 20mb of browsing. I done some researching on the web and it looks like I need a 3rd party program to do that for me. Can you please help me or point me in the right direction?
