    LICQ

Anyone know any alternatives to this program? It doesn't like to work that well for me.... People can see me online, but a lot of the time the messages won't go through, and I can't see anyone online when I go on. Are there any good alternatives to it?

    Re:LICQ

I've had nothing but annoying problems with LICQ as well. I decided to change to kxicq2. It has far fewer features then LICQ, but I couldn't find anything better that would actually run on my system. I'm used to kxicq2 now, and haven't had any complaints other then it's lack of features. www.kxicq.org

Another one that's decent is ickle (http://ickle.sourceforge.net). I've been using it for a while now.
