Help with downloading Windows 7 RC

Hi,
I am trying to download Windows 7 RC from Microsoft website, but I get an access denied error, because I live in Iran.
The ISO file size is about 3 GB. For smaller files (less than 300MB), when I face the same problem, I use the remote upload capability of some sites like FileFactory.com, but for this file, I fail because of the file size.
Now here is my question:
Does anyone know a file hosting service which had remote upload and also splits large files?

Thanks for the reply.
As far as I know, there is not Legal Torrent (from Microsoft).
And I am not trying to download an illegal version of the OS, I just want to bypass the restriction (which has alwaysed caused trouble for me) dor downloading the OS.
