    Ravi,
    There is no need to create different ftp servers to meet your criteria. I Suggest you to go through the steps mentioned in this URL linuxhomenetworing.com it self to create the ftp Server that is more than enouogh.

    My Problem is How to create different ftps for different ports and how to configure vsftpd.conf file for different directories and for different users
