Asterisk on Slackware.......configuration.....need help!!!

guys can anyone help me about configuration of Asterisk on slackware thansk.......

in Midnight Commander find configure file or go to folder with installation and write ./configure to command line , then make , make install and make clean
if you installed some libraries before then write ldconfig before configure
