Help!!
Hi there,
I am new to the forums & very new to the Linux world, been using windows for a decade plus.
I installed Ubuntu Hardy on 8.03 & am very impressed.
At the moment I am downloading Open SuSE 11 64 bit.
Being a med doc, my aim is to make a dual boot of Vista with any user friendly form of Linux/Unix.....web caming & professional videoconferencing is my priority too.
I feel so relaxed when I am on my Ubuntu machine than when I am on my Dell XPS laptop.
I use my machines as end user.
Which Linux/Unix OS 32/64 bit would you recommend with a dual boot of 32 bit Vista?
Hoping to hear your suggestions & critical views,
Thanks in advance.
PS: Btw My desk top is Sony Vaio VGC-LS1.
Laptop Dell XPS 1710.
My Dell laptop has 4 GB of RAM @ 667.....I plan to make a dual boot on that.......memory is not really an issue.
Issues are Cam use on line unlike cheese or camorama.
Do you have any suggestions for a Linux/Unix based OS??.
I am using Ubuntu Hardy 8.4 I find it nice except caming & yahoo messenger lol.
