need help about squid proxy

my company using linux server as a squid proxy.i configure proxy allow all port and all network. But i can't open mail have attach file.I opened SSL port.pls help me!!

Hey what else do you have running on the linux box? How do you access the e-mail, via HTTP or SMTP or MAPI or what? Is the e-mail server on the other side of the Linux box? Many implementations the use Squid also use some firewall type products that may be doing this to your e-mail.
