I will be thankfull if you guide me for this circuit simulating in Qucs Or geda.i tried them but i had problems .

Change Dc voltage between .25-10 vlot Then I need to have a plot of diode voltage (X-axis) against diode current (Y-axis).
In geda or qucs or any other software .
