    Can anyone tell me,whether COM functions in PHP is supported in linux environment.Thanks in advance.

    Being that it's under the windows only section, my guess is no.

    I have never heard of COM under linux, so my wager would be no.

    Let me elaborate --- are you talking about serial port commands? In that case I am sure its not that big of a deal. All devices are really just files, so /dev/ttys0 would be a viable COM port, depending on distro. For the specifics to PHP, I am not sure since I don't code outside of C++ and Python at this time. If not just ignore this post ...
