Squid PROXY

Hi, I have a Squid proxy server set up on my Windows 2000 server, i have ncsa auth set up correctly and its working perfect.
The problem is that i need to set up quotas for the different users and i can't get it right. There are many add-ons for this matter but they are all for linux. How do i get this to work on win?

i think u want to alloat specific bandwidth and use quta system. I refer u u n need to check the specific docs of proxy server that u r useing.
