Admin/User account in Squirrelmail

Hello,

Does Squirrelmail mail has any difference of access rights between administrator and user account?

I have tried opening admin and user account in Squirrelmail, both open to the same interface having the same access rights.

Its depends on the user account privilege so it’s normal in this case.
