Install VMware 6.0 on Vista

Hi,
I have downloaded Vmware 6.0 and when I try to install it on Vista Ultimate, I get a message that there are other vmware software running on this machine, stop them and try again. But as far as I know I have no vmware software on my PC.
Can anyone please help?

Rename the installer file to vmware.exe then try installing it again.

Let us know if you are able to install or not after that.

Actually the file name is vmware.exe, and I couldn't install it. But I did something else by sudden and it installed. I opened the task manager and ended the process of the message dialog and it went on installing.
