Qmail-Virtual Domains

How can i setup Qmail for virtual domains?.How to create the accounts?, where the mails are stored? etc. I need to know all the details.

So far it looks like everything would be stored in qmail files in the user directory. There are a few how-tos on using MySQL for storing data as well.

I want to use squirrelmail for virtual domains of qmail.I have qmail with vpopmail.Is it possible to use dovecot imap with it?, or courier-imap is the only option?.
