PC Internet Connection

We have 2 PCs that are networked at home and a laptop which we usually connect when needed. When we are still using a dial-up internet connection, both PCs can access the internet using 1 connection but when we subscribed to a broadband connection, only the computer to which the LAN is connected can access the internet. Files and printer sharing works fine.

Do you have any suggestions on how can these 2 PCs (and the laptop) access the internet at the same time?

All the systems must be connected to the lan at the same time for this to work, what is the configuration of yout network?? what hardware is involved and hhow is everything connected???
