I've enabled perl in my php by adding the Handler ,

AddHandler cgi-script cgi pl
and in Options added "ExecCGI":

Options -Indexes ExecCGI
, now i need a suggestion that should i use ExecCGI or +ExecCGI or -ExecCGI
