Here is what is added in RHEL5
- you have to use yum instead of rpm command to install packages (this does not mean rpm is kickoff)
-LVM is now support reduction and LVM snapshot
-you also be able to use IPV6 address
-SELinux contexts (although SELinux was also avaliable in RHEL4 but you can disable it during exam but u can not do this now)
-and finally xen-virtualization.
this is only short list what is added in RHEL5 but there is also a lot changes in RHEL5 compared to RHEL4. i wish to send u a .doc file explaning everything but openfree currently do not allow me to attach file....so sorry for that......wish for your exam.
