Intranet mail service configuration

Hi,
I want to set up internal mail service for LAN for a small like 20 computers network.I want to use outlook express for mail services.Please help me how to deploy the service in detail.

If you are looking to setup a mail server that can receive external mail you will need exchange server for a windows solution.

I have a server in LAN.I want to send and receive only internal mail.How is it possible.Please give some advise..
