Thread: codec issue?

  1. #1

    codec issue?

I have this weird problem. I'm using Windows XP and the latest codecs.

No matter what player I use, brightness level of videos is very very low. (wmp10, mp classic, divx -- mpg, avi, wmv). I've downloaded latest codecs from divx.

However, videos from Youtube are ok...

Is this a codec issue? Did I download wrong codecs?

    Thanks.............

Is it just vidoes? Do you have the latest drivers for your video card?

There's a free codec finder called Gspot, give that a try and see if it finds any problems.
