Exclamation Our Linux (Fedora2) server is getting affected by a virus

Our Linux (Fedora2) server is getting affected by a virus, which bring
multiple request and the server is getting hanged and it was confirmed
that it is not a virus which is not existing in server, but our server
is getting hacket by multiple request.

Let me know, whether you could handle it to remove the virus by the name
    Blst.php.

Please check into the following, where our site www.g-antssoft.com is
    listed under the virus

    http://www.quickheal.co.in/public/alerts/bagle_gi.asp

But here in the above link, it was mentioned as windows server, actually
    it was a linux server.

Let me know, what steps do I take to resolve this problem.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying.

I think you are saying that you have a linux server that is getting overwhelmed by request from another server that is infected by a virus?

If this is the case, you need to remove the virus from the infected server. You can also use iptables to drop any requests from the infected server, or instruct a hardware firewall to do the same.

You also should upgrade your version of Fedora. It is several versions behind, and that tends to be a security risk.
