Problem with Exchange 2003

Dear All:
I've just known about this website. Before giving you many question, I want to say hello to all of you. First I want to ask you about my problem. I setup exchange 2003 with window server. I have completed configure everything. When I produce a new e-mail, it alert an error in syncronize issues( error with offline address file). Please help me.
