Do you get any related entries on the event viewer?
Hi,
I just installed a new game called "TOCA Race Driver 2" on my pc (with Windows XP Professional edition and SP2) the hardware requirements for the game are too low (32 mb graphics, 800 mhz cpu, 1.2 gb space etc) and my pc is fast enough with 1 gb ram, 2 ghz cpu, 128 mb graphics card-ATI Radeon 9200 and 120 gb hdd. but whenever I am playing the game my pc shuts down automatically without any reason whatsoever. I have Norton Internet Security installed and running well with no virus etc. Can any one please tell me as what could possibly be the culprit? Thanks.

My crime is that of curiosity. My crime is that of judging people by what they say and think, not what they look like. My crime is that of outsmarting you, something that you will never forgive.
Does the game require a lot of disk activity? Does this happen with any other program?

I think we are this weeks toilet paper Rick...hes got what he wants and is gone forever...
My friend had a computer like that as in keep turning off, turns out all he had to do is blow out the inside of the case, he has 3 cats and his cpu was totally covered by animal hair and dust...soon as he cleaned her out it ran like a charm... Guess it was over heating.

Same here, had a laptop do the same thing. anytime I did something disk intensive or CPU intensive it shut down. Not fun when you are complining a final build of a program.
