    Thumbs up

I had to re-install my Windows XP Media Center Edition and in so doing evidently entered a 'system password', which must be entered each time I start the PC. Question - Is there some way to reset or disable this item??

I have never heard of a system password. Could it be some sort of Administrator password, although I have never heard of that popping up each startup either? The only logical thing I can think of is a BIOS password that is required each time the system cold boots. I know my BIOS has the option. Could you some how get a screen shot of the event? That would be most helpful.
