REALLY BIG NUMBERS

It boggles the mind, not to mention what it does to the stomach!

I have a hard enough time balancing my checkbook, these numbers just don't make any sense to me.

On a serious note, I am sure if a couple of talented Perl programmers got together for a summer they could solve the whole budget problem with a couple of hundred lines of code. Then we could save the money of these so called 'experts' salaries. I wonder if Google would sponser it? They could call it the Summer of Fixing the F-ed up US budget.
