Problem downloading from microsoft site

I had a non-genuine copy of windows xp and I got a genuine copy now but I still cant download anything from microsofts site if I download it from another place it validates my copy of windows but I cant get zune so I cant connect my 360 to my pc does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you try updating your bogus license key with the legitimate one? There are some hacks on the web that show you how to do that.
