onscreen keyboard does not work properly

After installation of Internet explorer 7.0 my onscreen keyboard does not work properly(does not switch from English to other languages).

It works only with Word application.

I use IE7 on one of my home systems and out of curiosity I tried On-Screen keyboard. It seems to work fine, but then I am only using one language.

Did you get this fixed?
