file changed when opened

i was sent a file from my office. but when i open it on my laptop some images have been moved as if they dont fit. but when i open it in other pc's the file opens up nicely and nothing is moved can i have something changed on my pc

Is it in Word? It could be due to the view > layout menu setting.

Change it to "Print layout", and you should be OK. The "Outline layout" is sometimes used when you double click on an attachment, and the formatting can be incorrect.
