Hi I want to install Windows 2000 back from Windows XP, but whenever I do I get a message saying "Due to backwards compatability, Windows will not start setup" or something similar (when I insert the Win2k disc). How to I come around this. It won't boot from CD for some reason, so I can't do a clean install and I haven't got a floppy disc drive So I need to know somehow anything. Thanks

Hurts when you can not load from the CD. Do you have a floppy you can use temp? Are you getting an erro when you try and boot from CD? BIOS setup correctly for it?
