Is it possible to create dial-up connections for multiple XP users via a group policy setting?

We have approx 150 XP users that we need to create dial-up settings for and were hoping to use GP.

We are a windows domain, with Win 2K servers, soon to upgraded to 2K3.

Any help would be appreciated as I have found nothing on how to do this (if it is possible)
