Nead Help!!!

Hello everyone. I am new here but I nead help. I have this virus on my computer after searhing something and I got this virus. I scanned with Norton Anti-Virus and it did not find anything. I scanned with Microsoft OneCare and it still did not find anything. But OneCare always gives me this message:

Virus Found!
* * * * * * File Name: tep583.tmp
* * * * * * Location: C:/Windows/temp
* * * * * * Virus Name: TrojanDropper:Win32/Agent.JJ

Then It gives me the options of Cleaning the virus or caneling it. I press the clean virus and nothing comes up then 30 sec. latter the same message comes up but with the same file name and another message with the same thing but another file name.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this virus? :blink:

Create a scan disk with norton, I would have to look again to find the exact way to do this. What you nee dto try and do is find a way to boot from a clean disk and scan your hard drive. This will prevent the virus from trying to hide itself. You can even try and start in safe mode and run your virus scanner.

I tried to look for that virus and could not find any information. Hope the above helps alittle.
