Thread: windows installation with usb?

    i have a toshiba dynatop 2000,and do not have the original k/b,that uses infa red link,so i have to use a usb k/ problem is i am half way through a reinstallation of windows,but cannot interface with the pc with usb mouse or kb,so the installation cannot proceed.
    any thoughts on how to get around this problem will be appreciated.

    You should be able to find an USB/PS2 adapter that you can at least plug in the mouse and keyboard into your laptop[, if it has a PS2 port. What version of windows are you using?
