From what I can tell, and what little I know of his whereabouts... Fatal and family are on the north side of Pontchartrain (the lake flooding NO).
I wouldn't be suprised if he's without power and phone for a while, but otherwise just a little soggy....

I guess you could say its an improvement... I get an all circuts are busy now message....
which tells me that A. they're working to restore the phones down there and B. all circuts are busy.... :roll:
