From what I can tell, and what little I know of his whereabouts... Fatal and family are on the north side of Pontchartrain (the lake flooding NO).

I wouldn't be suprised if he's without power and phone for a while, but otherwise just a little soggy....

I got a fast busy signal too, thanks snct.

He's prolly out trying to loot himself a new laptop.

Ok... I guess one way to find out if people you know down there are ok is this link over at CNN (didn't see Fatal there though). You guys know of any other sites that are doing this?

Oh good... Sounds like them alright. I'm still getting the all circuits are busy recording this morning and this evening. Hope they're ok.

I should have left a message this morning.

I've had nothing but busy signals all day long.

    I'll try again at 6am

    Cingular sux

You all can send cards to PO BOX 513, Saint Benedict, LA 70457
Thats much quicker than getting a connection with Cingular.

When I hit a T-Mobil cell its great but most of the time NADA.

Havn't seen a TV since the storm, you guys are better informed than us here on the ground.

When you come over for Marde Gras, bring you chainsaw!
