    It Doesnt Work At All!

    And When I Try Watching A Video From A Website I Get This Error:

    "Can Not Create DirectShow Player".

    Iv'e Been Having This Problem For Months, Could Someone Help Me Out Please, Thanks!

    Try to uninstall media player, manually remove the program directory and then re-install.
    You can also go to start --> run and type

    dxdiag

    and run the direct x diagnostics to make sure that you dont get any errors with direct x. ( just as a thought that is )

    it wont let me delete the folder it says one of the files could be in use.

    how do i start up as safe mode?

    Reboot your computer, Right before the Windows screen (when loading) appears press and hold F8 and it should bring you to a black DOS screen that will give you the option of Safe mode.
