I'm getting this error when I try to get credentials when using GetCredentialsUsingTickets

I don't know why. The error says access denied.

    SingleSignonException caught.
    Exception Code: 0x80630005
    Source: Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.SingleSignon
StackTrace: at Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.SingleSignon.Credentia ls.GetCredentialsUsingTicket(UInt32 ui32Flags, String strApplicationName, String strTicket, String[]& Credentials) at SSOAudit.Log.RenderWebPart(HtmlTextWriter output)
    MethodName: GetCredentialsUsingTicket
    Message: Error in the application.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
