I keep getting the message upon bootup that antispyware has blocked the "the internet Explorer Bar Microsoft Windows Shell Common DLL (shell32.dll) from being installed

    Name Microsft Common dll
    File Path: c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll

The program is known to spyware free"

How can fix antispyware to let it perform the installation?

Run the software, go to real time protection, application agents, manage application agent settings, click on manage allowed/blocked (bottom right).

or simply click on View blocked application events and see what's blocked.

Try uninstalling the software and reinstall it again after one good restart.
