    Hello Friends

I have a Server 2003 (DC with DNS and DHCP configured)
with 1 WIN XP client connected via a direct cross over cable.
The client does not receive an IP address from the server nor can either ping each other.
When the server pings the client by name it automatically attempts to ping 192.168.0.12 and then fails.
When the client is configued with a static IP address of 192.168.0.12 all seems to be working fine.
The strange thing is that when I setup the server and client all seemed to work. Please Help. Thanks in advance

Could you provide screenshots of the DHCP configuration screen, or perhaps the configuration itself?
