    Yeah, no upgrades for me either.

    A Windows XP Upgrade version costs much, much less that a full version. An Upgrade can perform a clean install just as a full version will providing you have a qualifying product to feed it when asked at the beginning of installation. The qualifying product can be any version of Windows from Windows 95 up.
