    Excersise when you do stuff to improve your body mass, and decrease fat...........running, swimming, lifting weights is all excersise.

    lol I can't believe you're explaining that to me. What I meant to say is I never exercise at all, just don't get the time. But don't get me wrong, I'm not fat at all.

    Yea, i noticed that push-ups are harder on my abs than anything else for some reason. Now my upper abs stick out an inch farther than the rest of my stomach. Now it sort of looks curved, and its sort of odd.
