    Pyramid bench press - 280lbs. set
    Thats quite a bit.

    3x10 Squats - 395 lbs. - 450 lbs.
    Now thats hard to believe. Even the toughest guys in my school never used to go beyond 200 lbs.

    Or am I interpreting it wrong?
